Class 101 DMU at Twerton Tunnel

16th May 1980

Three-car Class 101 DMU set B813 (51533 and presumably 59561 + 51463) disappears into Twerton Tunnel, Bath, on 16 May 1980. Stuart Mackay Collection.

30th May 1981

Class 101 DMU at Bromsgrove

19th February 1982

Bristol allocated Class 101 DMU set B813, with vehicles W51533 + W59561 + W51463, suffered an engine failure in the leading car on 19 February 1982. At Bromsgrove Lickey bankers 37138 + 37293 were called, they didn't couple to W51463 but pushed the set up the incline. Stuart Mackay Collection.

20th March 1982
