A selfie? Shirley not... The picture needed a figure, there was nobody else so, set the Mamiya at 4 seconds @ f8, wind the self timer and run, sit and try and look natural. The picture was taken at Birmingham Moor Street station during the wet evening of 15/12/1986, the 116 (TS524, presumably 53112 closest) will work the 20.40 service to Shirley. To the left is the old yard of Moor Street Goods, in use as a car park, today the view is dominated by the horrible Selfridge building.
