One of the last batch of Swindon Cross-Country DMUs at Malvern Wells in July 1961. Stratford-on-Avon is on the destination blind - with "on" not "upon". Stuart Mackay Collection.

Car W51588, leading set P558 in Falmouth Bay at Truro on 09.03.1974. Note the '5Z35' headcode, which was probably the empty stock move from Laira (I think all of these sets were based at LA). Open to correction on this. Trevor Tremethick.

This is Fenton from what I suspect was a spoil heap, now clad with weeds. At the foot of the hill a Class 120 unit, with a 101 centre car, is working between Crewe and Derby on 8 June 1985. Geoff Dowling.
