116387 (presumably 53881 + 59330 + 53822) in Dundee station circa mid-1986. An Ayr depot sticker is on the cab front, it was transferred there on 11/5/86 where it remained until transferred to Tyseley in February 1987. With 13.43 on the station clock it probably arrived with the 12:15 ex-Waverley, due at 13:42, and would return with the 14:30 service. Stuart Mackay Collection.

Here it pulls away from the station stop at Taplow and heads towards Maidenhead whilst forming the 0940 Paddington - Reading service formed of 51349 + 59501 + 51391 on 10 October 1992. Nigel Mack.
A 4 Car Class 115 DMU, formed of M51653 + 59752 + 59656 + 51891, make a shunt move at Banbury North and are seen running into the Up Main platform prior to forming the 1420 Marylebone service on 17 July 1989. Behind, in the down goods loop, a Pressed Steel driving trailer and a Metro-Cam DMBS waits its turn to run across to the Up side in order to form a local stopping service to Didcot. Nigel Mack.
Reading allocated Class 117 DMU set L425, formed of 51363+59515+51405 is barely three weeks out of works and is now wearing the Revised NSE livery as it heads towards Iver, with the 0950 Slough - Paddington stopping service on 8 March 1989. Nigel Mack.
With the morning mist slowly clearing and the temperature rising Class 101 Met-Cam DMU set 72 formed of NC allocated 54347+51201 awaits the 'Right Away' from Brocklesby with the 1125 departure for Cleethorpes on 24th April 1987. The 1530 Reading - Banbury local service runs past Didcot East Jn and the full gasometer, on its way into the station formed of Class 117 3-Car DMU set L410, 51387 + 59497 + 51345 on 19 March 1993. First Generation DMU services on this route were booked to cease sometime later that year, with all duties being taken over by the new Class 165/166 Turbos. Nigel Mack.
The 1745 Oxford - Reading local service approaches Culham station on 3 July 1987 formed of RG allocated 3-Car Class 117 DMU set L407, W51342 + W59494 + W51384, still wearing blue and grey livery. Nigel Mack.
No details came with this images, showing a four-car North Eastern Region DMU. The DMBS has original Met-Camm style lining, and an NE prefix to the vehicle number which dates it to 1965 or later. The two Met-Camm centre cars, which include a buffet car, have the revised style of lining with two bands to match other types. On the rear is a Blue Square Derby Lightweight DMCL.
